中药热敷联合谷胱甘肽防治含顺铂化疗方案所致周围神经毒性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价中药热敷联合谷胱甘肽防止含顺铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性的疗效和安全性。方法 120例恶性肿瘤患者分为两组:治疗组(中药热敷联合谷胱甘肽预防周围神经毒性)60例,对照组(未用特殊方法预防周围神经毒性)60例。结果治疗组患者周围神经毒性的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组患者周围神经毒性持续的时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽防治含顺铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性疗效确切,且不良反应轻微。Objective： To evaluate the effect and safety of external application of Chinese herbs combined glutathione in treating peripheral neurotoxicity induced by cisplatin chemotherapy. Methods： The 120 cases with malignant tumor were divided into 60 cases of treatment and control groups. The combination of external application of Chinese herbs with glutathione was used to prevent the peripheral neurotoxicity in treatment group, while no special therapy was applied in control group. Results： The incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity in patients of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05） and its duration in treatment group was markedly shorter than that in control group （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The combination of external application of Chinese herbs with glutathione is accurate and effective in treating peripheral neurotoxicity induced by cisplatin chemotherapy and its adverse effect is mild.
