摘 要:针对功率二分支齿轮传动系统,考虑时变啮合刚度、齿侧间隙,并把齿廓修形作为一种时变齿侧间隙计入,建立了功率分流齿轮传动的弯-扭-轴耦合动力学模型和相应的非线性动力学方程。对方程求解,得出了齿廓修形与齿轮副动载系数的关系,说明合理的修形可使功率分流齿轮传动不发生齿面分离和齿背冲击现象;利用不同修形量下各齿轮副动载系数峰值的等高线,确定最佳修形量,使齿轮传动的动载系数最小。研究结果表明,合理的齿廓修形,可以使功率二分支齿轮传动系统的最大动载系数由3.6减小到1.6。For two branches of power transmission gear, the bending - torsion - shaft coupling dynamics model and the corresponding nonlinear dynamical equations are established in this paper, with considering the varying mesh stiffness, backlash and the tooth profile modification as a time-varying backlash. Numerical solution of the equations into solving relationship obtained with the gear tooth profile modification Vice dynamic load factor, found a reasonable modification allows the separation power split tooth gear does not occur the teeth back impact. Using different modification the amount of each gear pair dynamic load factor peak contour, the optimum amount of modification, so that dynamic load factor smallest gear. Numerical results show that a reasonable tooth profile modification, the maximum dynamic load factor of the two branches of power transmission gear can be reduced by 3.6 to 1.6.
