摘　　要：本文从地方高校辅导员建设中存在的主要问题入手,在调研的基础上分析了问题存在的成因,介绍了辅导员立足自身实际发展的途径。This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of local college counselors, the research on the basis of the analysis of the cause of the problem, and introduces the instructors based on their actual development path.
