“中国梦”视阈下的文化软实力发展研究

摘　　要："中国梦"是为"实现中华民族伟大复兴,就是中华民族近代以来最伟大梦想"。从文化软实力视角分析,"中国梦"充分体现了国家性、民族性以及人民性的价值内涵。实现"中国梦"既要增强国家硬实力的"躯体",又要提升文化软实力的"灵魂"。文章着眼于"中国梦"视阈下的文化软实力建设,提出未来我国文化软实力的建构路径为:弘扬优秀传统文化,提升文化软实力的源动力;坚持核心价值体系,提升文化软实力的整合力;完善文化发展布局,提升文化软实力的内升力;明确外延发展导向,提升文化软实力的辐射力。＂Chinese Dream＂ means that ＂to achieve the great national rejuvenation which is the greatest dream for the Chinese nation in the future. ＂ ＂Chinese Dream＂ fully reflects the meaning of culture, values, as well as nationality from the perspective of cultural soft power. Therefore, it is necessary not only to strengthen the coun- try＇s hard power ＂body＂ to achieve ＂Chinese Dream＂, but also to enhance the ＂soul＂ of cultural soft power. This article focuses on the construction of cultural soft power from the perspective of ＂Chinese Dream＂. The construction paths include carrying forward fine traditional culture to enhance the source of cultural soft power, adhering to the core value system to enhance its integration, improving the layout of cultural development to enhance its endogeny, and definitizing the direction of extensional development to enhance its radiation.
