摘　　要：分析宁波汽车产业的分布,剖析杭州湾汽车产业的优势,即汽车产业的聚集以及两大整车厂的落户。阐述影响杭州湾汽车产业的因素,即生产因素、政策因素和相关产业因素。对杭州湾校企合作的原则和方式做初步探讨,认为杭州湾校企合作具有广阔的前景。This paper analyses the distribution of the automobile industry of Ningbo, analyses the advantage of Hangzhouwan automobile industry,that is settled in the automobile industry agglomeration and establishment of two vehicle factories. Expounds the factors influencing of the Hangzhouwan automobile industry, that is the production factors, policy factors and industrial factors. The principle and mode of school enterprise cooperation in Hangzhouwan makes a preliminary discussion on the university-enterprise cooperation, which has broad prospects.
