补骨脂汤联合复位内固定治疗颌骨骨折后对患者口腔功能恢复情况及骨代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨内固定术联合补骨脂汤治疗颌骨骨折的疗效及骨代谢相关指标的影响。方法:将80例颌骨骨折患者随机分为实验组40例和对照组40例,两组患者均行钛板内固定术,实验组在术后服用补骨脂汤。比较两组患者疗效、骨折愈合时间、并发症和口腔功能恢复情况;并分别于术前、术后1周、4周、8周检测患者骨代谢相关指标。结果:实验组总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组(82.5%),两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.825,P=0.005);与对照组相比,实验组愈合时间显著缩短,感染、延迟愈合等并发症发生率显著降低,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组开口度、咬颌关系、颞颌关节功能恢复情况均显著优于对照组,两组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后4周、8周后VEGF、BGP、BALP均显著高于治疗前,且显著高于同时段对照组,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内固定术联合补骨脂汤能够提高颌骨骨折的疗效,调节骨代谢,共同促进骨折后期康复,具有较高的临床价值。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and bone metabolism index effect of internal fixation combined with Buguzhi decoction on jaw fracture patients. Methods：80 cases of jaw fracture patients were randomly divided into ex- perimental group 40 cases and control group 40 cases, two groups underwent internal fixation with titanium plate, the ex- perimental group in postoperative took Buguzhi decoction. Compared two groups of patients with fracture healing time, complications and oral function recovery;and after 1 week ,4 weeks ,8 weeks we detected metabolism related indicators of two groups. Results ：The experimental group total effective rate was 95% , significantly higher than that in control group （82.5%） with statistically Significant difference between two groups （χ2 = 7. 825 ,P = 0. 005 ）, Compared with the con- trol group, the experimental group significantly shortened the healing time, infection rates and delayed healing complica- tions （P 〈 0.05 ）. The experimental group opening, occlusion, temporomandibnlar joint recovery were significantly better than those of those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 4 weeks, 8 weeks the observation group VEGF, BGP, BALP were significantly higher than that before treatment, and significantly higher than that the the same period in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Internal fixation combined with Buguzhi decoction can improve the efficacy of jaw fracture, regu- late bone metabolism and promote their rehabilitation and it has a high clinical value.
