中西医结合治疗紧张型头痛临床疗效分析及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨紧张型头痛患者采用中西医结合治疗临床疗效及其安全性评价。方法:本组128例紧张型头痛患者根据随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=64)和对照组(n=64)。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药汤剂治疗。两组疗程均为4周。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(92.19%)显著高于对照组(76.56%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后发作次数与持续时间均显著低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆黏度和全血还原黏度显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后红细胞压积比较变化无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:紧张型头痛患者采用中西医结合治疗临床疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要临床意义,值得进一步推广应用。Objective ： To investigate Integrative Medicine clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of patients with tension - type headache . Methods ： 128 cases in this group tension - type headache patients were randomly divided into two groups （n = 64） and control group （ n = 64） according to a random number table. The control group was treated with western medicine. Chinese medicine decoction combined in treatment group on the control group basis. The treatment las- ted four weeks. Results ：The total treatment efficiency （92.19%） was significantly higher （76.56%）, and there was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group after treatment duration of episodes was significantly lower than that of the control group, and statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; observation group after treatment plasma viscosity and whole blood reduced viscosity were significantly lower than that before the treatment and control group after treatment, and there was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; after treatment red blood cells comparison of changes in hematocrit had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; two groups patients had no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion ： Pa- tients with tension- type headache treated by Integrative Medicine has significant clinical efficacy, safety and reliability and has important clinical significance, worthy of further application.
