摘　　要：为总结对脑动脉硬化症中医辨证治疗方面的研究,检索近20年来的相关论文,首先对脑动脉硬化症作大概的介绍,进而从中医学角度对脑动脉硬化症的病因病机、证型分析、临床治疗三方面分别归纳整理,以期更好地指导临床辨证用药和治疗。To summarize syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cerebral atherosclero- sis, retrieve the nearly 20 years of related papers. First to introduce about the cerebral artery sclerosis roughly, and then from the angle of traditional Chinese medicine to sum up the three aspects ：etiology and pathogenesis, syndromes a- nalysis clinical treatment of cerebral atherosclerosis respectively to better guide clinical syndrome differentiation and treat- ment.
