基于中医痰湿体质探讨代谢紊乱相关疾病危险人群的健康管理

摘　　要：近年来随着人口老龄化进程的加剧以及慢性病发病率的攀升,当今的医学模式也正由疾病医学向健康医学转化,健康管理的意义日益凸显。痰湿体质是中医九种体质类型之一,通过体病相关研究显示痰湿体质具有代谢综合征、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖症、高同型半胱氨酸血症、心脑血管疾病、高脂血症以及生殖功能障碍等疾病的易罹性,通过痰湿体质介入健康管理可实现以上相关疾病高危人群的未病先防、欲病早治、既病防变,体现并践行了4P医学模式的理念。With the progress exacerbated of population aging and the rising incidence of chronic diseases, nowadays the medical model is transforming from disease medicine to health medicine, the significance of health management is in- creasing prominent. Phlegm - damp constitutions is one of the nine types constitution of Chinese medicine, previous study shows that phlegm - damp constitution is vulnerable to suffer from metabolic syndrome, hypertension, obesity, high homo- cysteine, cardiovascular disease, hyperlipidemia, reproductive dysfunction and other diseases. Through the health manage- ment of the phlegm - damp constitution population can prevent the occurrence and deterioration of the above diseases, re- flect and practice the concept of the 4P medical model.
