摘　　要：西医治疗肿瘤以手术、放化疗、靶向治疗最为常见,疗效虽著不良反应亦不容小觑。从刀奎克伐,气血两伤;化疗苦寒,伤脾败胃;放疗热毒,伤阴耗气;靶向风热,伤及肺肠这四方面介绍沈敏鹤主任中医师就西医损伤性治疗的中医治疗经验。Western medicine treatment of tumors with surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy is the most common. In spite of their great effect, the side effects are also to be reckoned with. This essay introduced doctor SHEN Min - he＇s treatment experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine to reduce side effects from Western medi- cine treatment through four aspects. The four aspects as follow ： surgery wasting Qi - blood, chemotherapy impairing spleen and stomach, radiotherapy injury of yin and Qi, targeted therapy impairing lung and intestines.
