黄芩汤加减联合培菲康胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎的干预效果及对免疫功能的影响  

Scutellaria Decoction Combined with Bifico Capsule Intervention Effect on Ulcerative Colitis and Its Influence on Immune Function

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芩汤加减联合培菲康胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎的干预效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法:将所有于医院消化科就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者共70例,随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各35例。所有患者均接受一般常规治疗,此外,对照组采用口服美沙拉秦缓释颗粒联合培菲康胶囊的方法治疗。治疗组采用口服培菲康胶囊联合中药汤剂黄芩汤的方法治疗。两组疗程均为2个月,疗效结束后观察疗效。结果:在两组临床总有效率比较中,治疗组为85.7%,对照组为65.0%,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在两组治疗前后临床症状评分比较中,治疗组与对照组治疗后的评分较治疗前均有所降低,但治疗组下降低比对照组明显,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平比较中,治疗组与对照组治疗后的Ig A、Ig G较治疗前均有所降低,但治疗组下降比对照组明显,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在两组治疗前后细胞因子TNF-α、IL-10水平比较中,治疗组治疗后TNF-α水平明显下降,IL-10水平明显升高,与对照组治疗后相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用黄芩汤加减联合培菲康胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎可以明显提高临床有效率,有效地改善患者临床症状,且治疗过程中不良反应较少,未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the intervention effect of Scutellaria decoction combined with Bifico capsules on ul- cerative colitis and its influence on immune function. Methods ： all in the treatment of digestive department in our hospital in patients with ulcerative colitis 70 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups, 55 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment, in addition, the control group using the method of Oral Beauty salad Qin sustained release granules combined with Pei Feikang capsule treatment. The treatment group uses the method of oral Bifico capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Scutellaria Decoction treatment. Two groups were treated for 2 months. Observation of curative effect after the end of. Results ： in the two groups of clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 85.7%, in control group was 65%, compared to the two groups ,there are statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The comparison of clinical symptom score before and after treatment in two groups, group score after treat- ment in treatment group and control than before treatment were lower, but the treatment group decreased significantly lower than the control group, the two groups were compared, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the two groups be- fore and after treatment of immunoglobulin IgA, IgG and IgM levels after treatment in group IgA, IgG treatment group and control than before treatment were lower, but the treatment group decreased significantly than control group, the two groups were compared, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the comparison of cytokines TNF - and IL - 10 levels before and after treatment in two groups, TNF - levels decreased significantly in treatment group, the IL - 10 level in- creased significantly, compared with the control group after treatment, there were significant differences （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Con- clusion：using Scutellaria decoction combined with Bifico
