摘  要:在宁夏南部山区,通过田间小区试验,研究马铃薯/燕麦间作模式对根际土壤微生物数量的影响。结果表明,除苗期外,在其他生育时期,间作处理的根际土壤细菌数量均显著高于燕麦单作(OM)(P<0.05);在块茎膨大期、收获期间作各处理根际细菌数量与马铃薯单作(PM)差异显著(P<0.05),其他时期差异不显著(P>0.05)。间作处理的根际土壤真菌数量在开花期显著高于OM(P<0.05),与PM差异不显著(P>0.05)。收获期不同间作方式下土壤微生物总量P4O2(马铃薯、燕麦行数比为4∶2)处理最大,显著高于PM和OM(P<0.05)。收获期土壤微生物区系中细菌为优势种群(平均为84.77%),放线菌次之(平均为13.41%),真菌最少(平均为1.82%);间作处理的土壤微生物总量及细菌所占比例均高于单作。这表明合理间作在一定程度上可促进作物根际土壤微生物生长发育,表现出较单作更加明显的根际效应。Based on field experiment,the population of rhizosphere microorganisms under potato oat intercropping modes was studied in the mountain area in southern Ningxia.Excepting seedling stage,the population of rhizosphere bacteria under intercropping treatments was significantly greater than that under oat monoculture(OM)at other growth stages of potato(P〉0.05).The population of rhizosphere bacteria under intercropping treatments was greater than that under potato monoculture(PM)at tube expansion and harvest stages(P〈0.05),which had no significant difference at other growth stages(P〈0.05).The population of rhizosphere fungi under intercropping treatment was significantly greater than that under OM treatment at flowing stage(P〈0.05),but had no significant difference with PM treatment(P〉0.05).At harvest,soil microbial populations under P4O2treatment(potato oat line number ratio of 4∶2)was maximum,which was significantly higher than PM and OM(P〈0.05).At harvest,the populations of rhizosphere bacteria under different treatments were dominant(average 84.77%),which it followed by actinomyces(average 13.41%),fungi least(average 1.82%).Soil microorganism populations and the proportion of bacteria under intercropping treatments were higher than those of monoculture.So reasonable intercropping can promote thegrowth of crop rhizosphere microbial,showing more obvious than monoculture.
