病理学在住院医师规范化培训中定位的思考

摘　　要：探讨病理学在浙江省住院医师规范化培训中的定位。通过对《浙江省住院医师规范化培训标准(2011版)》中的有关病理学(科)问题进行初步的分析和思考,发现在浙江省住院医师规范化培训中对病理学科重视不够,一定程度上影响了住院医师的成长和病理学科的发展。在住院医师规范化培训中应加强病理学的知识教育,适当改变病理科专科医师的培养模式和学制,增设病理医师助理职位的教育和培训。The proper position of pathology in the standardized residents training in Zhejiang Province was explored. By analyzing and thinking of the pathological problems included in the Standard of Standardized Residents Training in Zhejiang Province （Version 2011 ） ,it was revealed that the pathology was not laid enough stress on the standardized residents training in Zhejiang province and it influenced the growth of resident doctors and the development of pathology. It was indicated herein that the pathological education should be strengthened in the standardized residents training, the mode and system of pathologists＇ education should be innovated accordingly as well as the education and training of assistant pathologists should be added.
