摘 要:人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的持续感染已被证实是宫颈癌发生的必要因素。HPV病毒在感染机体的过程中,不仅可以诱导机体产生特异性的免疫应答,同时也可以逃避机体的免疫应答,从而使机体产生免疫耐受,最终导致宫颈癌的发生。有研究显示调节性T细胞(Treg)参与了病毒引起的免疫应答,它可以维持机体对病毒的免疫耐受,最终引起病毒持续感染。既往关于Treg细胞与宫颈癌发生的关系主要集中在外周血中Treg细胞相关的细胞因子,很少关注Treg细胞与HPV的关系,本文将对Treg细胞与HPV存在状态的关系以及在HPV感染引起宫颈癌过程中的作用进行综述。Persistent infection of human papilloma virus (HPV) has been proved to be a necessary cause of cervical cancer. During the infection process, HPV can not only induce specific immune response but also evade im-mune clean, which result in immune tolerance and eventually lead to the occurrence of cervical cancer. Increasing re-searches have shown that regulatory T cells (Treg) was involved in the immune response caused by virus. The Treg cells helped maintain the body's immune tolerance, which can eventually lead to persistent infection of the virus. Previ-ous researches about the correlation between Treg cells and cervical cancer focused mostly on the cytokines in periph-eral blood, while little attention was paid to the correlation between Treg cell and HPV. Therefore, interaction between Treg cell and HPV in different infection stages and the role of Treg cell in cervical cancer are reviewed in this paper.
