摘  要:创新人才综合素质特别是实践创新能力已成为高等院校教育教学目标的重要组成。大学生实践创新能力培养,不仅体现在通识教育过程中,更体现在自主学习、自主培养与自主提升的实践过程中。本文阐述高等院校工科类专业大学生自主实践创新教育的意义;通过制定校内外结合的自主实践创新、高效组织与实施等方式构建自主实践创新教育体系;通过搭建自主实践创新条件平台、营造自主实践创新教育氛围等手段建立自主实践创新教育保障机制;总结了过程管理与质量控制对提高大学生实践能力与创新意识培养的经验;探索了大学生自主实践创新教育培养模式,对调动学生自主创新实践的积极性和主动性,提高实践创新能力和创新精神的重要作用。Innovative talents comprehensive quality, especially practical innovation capacity, has become an important component of education and teaching goal of higher education. University students practice innovation ability is trained not only in the general education process, but also in self-learning, self-cultivation and promotion of independent practice. This article explains the significance of the independent practice of innovation in engineering education majors of universities. Developing a combination of internal and external independent practice, innovation and efficient organization is to build innovative educational system of independent practice. By means of building a platform independent practice conditions for innovation, creating the independent practice innovative educational atmosphere, the independent practice of innovative education safeguard mechanism is established. This article summarizes the process management and quality control experience of improving the college students practical ability and innovative consciousness, explores that the university students independent practice innovative education is significant to mobilize students' independent innovation practice initiative and initiatives and improve the practice of innovation and innovative spirit.
