医学研究生创新教育体系研究与实践——以南方医科大学为例

摘　　要：以南方医科大学2008-2012级医学研究生为实践对象,构建南方医科大学医学研究生创新教育体系,即注重教学内容与方法改革,培养创新思维与能力;注重学科平台与导师队伍建设,提高原始创新起点与水平;注重质量监控与多元评价探索,强化协同创新与成效;注重激励机制与育人环境建设,提升创新动力与活力,并对实施效果进行了评价.Based on the national call for the educational system for cultivating innovative postgraduates, aiming to help teach the graduate students of year from 2008 to 2012 of Southern Medical University, it established an educational system with components of pedagogical reform, disciplinary integration for supervisors team construction, multiple talent assessments, disciplinary collaboration and motivational encouragement. After 5 rounds of its practice, the outcomes were evaluated. The favorable outcomes made it necessary to promote the experience of construction of the educational system and its practice.
