摘　　要：大量的企业在不断地引入或者更新企业资源计划(ERP)系统,但ERP系统上线后如何对其有效吸收却成为一个难题。现有研究多聚焦于ERP系统的前期实施,对ERP吸收的研究非常匮乏。本文以ERP吸收阶段中组织文化的5个方面作为关键环境变量,探究其如何促进用户参与ERP系统的有效吸收。在对已上线使用ERP系统的186个企业的1120份有效问卷调查的基础上,使用结构方程模型方法研究发现:人际和谐、创新导向的组织文化通过用户参与对ERP吸收具有正面的影响;结果导向、严格控制既具有对ERP吸收直接的影响作用,也具有通过用户参与而产生的间接影响;倡导竞争效率的文化对ERP吸收有直接的影响,而对用户参与的作用并不显著。Though ERP systems are being brought in and updated by many firms, how to assimilate ERP still is a challenge. Comparing with prior studies focusing on pre-implementation, there is lack of exploring to assimilation of ERP. This paper viewed five facets of organizational culture as critical climate variables, to explore how user participation is enabled to promote ERP effective assimilation. Based on the 1120 available responders within 186 firms, using structural equation model, this study have some findings： interpersonal harmony and innovation-oriented has indirectly positive influence on ERP assimilation through user participation; outcome-oriented and control not only directly influence ERP assimilation but also indirectly influence it through influencing user participation; the efficiency of organizational culture has direct influence on ERP assimilation, but has no significant influence on user participation.
