中西医结合治疗恢复期精神分裂症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗恢复期精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:抽取处于康复期精神分裂症患者64例,分为研究组和对照组,每组各32例。研究组患者采取中西医结合治疗,对照组患者采取纯西药治疗,采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)和住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评定两组患者的疗效。结果:研究组患者总有效率94.44%,对照组83.33%,两组患者有统计学差异(P<0.05);入组前,两组患者的BPRS和IPROS总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第2月开始两组患者的BPRS和IPROS总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗恢复期精神分裂症患者有一定疗效,可供临床借鉴。Objective： To observe clinical effects of integration of TCM and western medicine in treatment of schizophrenia in convalescence. Methods： 32 convalescent schizophrenia patients were selected and given the treatment of integration of TCM and west-ern medicine, while 32 cases at the same time period were used as control group and treated with only western medicine. The brief psy-chiatric rating scale （BPRS） and inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale （IPROS） were used to evaluate the effects. Re-sults： The total effective rates of study group and control group were 94. 44% and 83. 33% , respectively, and the difference was sig-nificant （P〈0. 05）. There were no statistical differences in the BPRS and IPROS total scores between the two group before the treat-ment （P〉0. 05）; however, there were significant differences in the BPRS and IPROS total scores between the two group from the 2nd month of the treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The integration of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of the schizophrenic patients in convalescence has a certain effects, and can be used for a clinical reference.
