摘 要:[目的]探讨烟青虫室内饲养的合理方法。[方法]利用人工饲料饲养烟青虫幼虫,研究其在室内饲养环境下各项指标的变化。[结果]3龄之前幼虫死亡率先下降后升高,3龄之后死亡率呈下降趋势,5龄期降至最低,3龄期达到高峰。3龄幼虫体长增长最快,其次是2龄和4龄幼虫,1龄幼虫增长最慢;1龄、2龄、4龄幼虫体长增长速率分别是3龄幼虫的0.40、0.80、0.73倍。3龄幼虫体重增长最快,其次是2龄和4龄幼虫,1龄幼虫增长最慢;1龄、2龄、4龄幼虫体重增长速率分别是3龄幼虫的0.61、0.70、0.71倍。[结论]试验结果为烟青虫的室内饲养提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] Reasonable method for the indoor-rearing of oriental tobacco budworm was explored. [ Method ] Oriental tobacco bud- worm larvae were fed with artificial diet, and changes of various indexes were studied. [ Result] The mortality of larvae before 3rd instar larvae decreased firstly and then increased, decreased after 3rd instar and decreased to the lowest in 5th instar, and reached the peak in 3rd instar. The body length of 3rd instar larvae increased fast, secondly were 2nd and 4th instar larvae, and 1st instar larvae was in last. The increasing rates of body length of I st, 2nd and 4th instar larvae were 0.40, 0.80 and 0.73 time of that of 3rd instar larvae, respectively. The body weight of 3rd in- star larvae increased fast, secondly were 2nd and 4th instar larvae, and 1st instar larvae was in last. The increasing rates of body weight of 1st, 2nd and 4th instar larvae were 0.61,0.70 and 0.71 time of that of 3rd instar larvae, respectively. [ Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for indoor-rearing of oriental tobacco budworm.
