摘  要:[目的]为益生菌及有机硒在鳗鲡健康养殖中的应用提供理论依据。[方法]将长孢娄徳酵母、乳明串珠菌、枯草芽孢杆组成复合益生菌,并通过调整富硒长孢娄徳酵母的含量在复合益生菌中添加不同浓度的有机硒后投喂日本鳗鲡,探讨益生菌及有机硒对鳗鲡生长性能、抗氧化水平和免疫力的影响。[结果]制备的富硒酵母(Se-Y1)的生物量为6.94 g/L,菌体硒含量为1 446.90μg/g,其中有机硒含量为1 377.88μg/g,有机硒转化率为95.24%。投喂45 d后,益生菌可以显著提高幼鳗的生长性能以及肝脏SOD、CAT活性,并降低饵料系数以及肝脏组织的MDA、NO含量,还可以提高血清溶菌酶活力。投喂125 d后,上述指标差异不显著。0.4 mg/kg有机硒没有进一步提高益生菌对鳗鲡的有益作用,而0.8 mg/kg有机硒则抑制了益生菌的作用。[结论]长孢娄徳酵母、乳明串珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌在日本鳗鲡幼鳗生长早期可以提高其生长性能、抗氧化水平和溶菌酶活性。[ Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the application of probiotics and organic selenium in the healthy breeding of Anguilla japonica. [ Method ] The compound probiotics were composed of Lodderomyces elongisporus, Leuconostoc lactis and Bacil- lus subtilis. Different concentrations of organic selenium were added in the compound probiotics by regulating the content of selenium-enriched L. elongisporus to feed A. japonica. The effects of probiotlcs and organic selenium on the growth performance, antioxidant level and lysozyme activity of A. japonica were studied. [ Result] The biomass of prepared selenium-enriched yeast( Se-Y1 ) was 6.94 g/L, its selenium content was 1 446.90 μg/g. The content of organic selenium was 1 377.88 μg/g, the transformation rate of organic selenium was 95.24%. After feeding 45 days, probiotics could significantly enhance the growth performances of young eels and SOD, CAT activities of liver. Probiotics could decrease the feed conservation ratio and MDA, NO contents in liver tissues. Probiotics could improve the lysozyme activity of A. japoni- ca. But these indices had no significant change after feeding 125 d. 0.4 mg/kg organic selenium didn't improve the beneficial effects of probi- otics on A. japonica, but 0.8 mg/kg organic selenium inhibited the effects of probiotics. [ Conclusion ] L. elongisporus, L. lactis and B. subtil/s could improve the growth performance, antioxidant level and lysozyme activity of young A. japonica in early growth stage.
