摘　　要：科学实践哲学需要为地方性科学知识提供一种新的知识论。然而,许多科学史和科技元勘中的地方性知识研究并不能满足相应的知识论要求。瓦托夫斯基的历史性知识论建立在实践概念之上,为新知识论提供了起点。这个理论存在着一些困难,当代认知科学和以实践为中心的科学哲学的研究成果为解决这些困难提供了可行的资源。Philosophy of scientific practice needs a new kind of epistemology to ground local scientific knowledge. However, many studies on local knowledge in the history of science and in science studies are incapable of fulfilling this epistemological task. Based on a notion of practice, Wartofsky＇s historical epistemology provides a good starting point for the development of this new epistemology. Though his theory confronts some difficulties, the achievements of contemporary cognitive science and the philosophy of science centered on practice are rich in resource to solve them.
