摘　　要：枯燥乏味是困扰《思想道德修养与法律基础》教学的普遍困境,"基于作业的教学互动法"是摆脱该困境的有效教学方式。该教学方法主要包括精心拟题、作业布置、作业批改、作业演示、生生互动、教师点评、师生互动、评分计分八大环节,针对其中的教学体系、精心拟题、作业布置、点评等环节中存在的尚需完善之处,进行了优化探索。Boredom is a common problem in the teaching of＂Morality and Law Basis＂. Home-work-based interactive teaching method which has obtained a good teaching effect is an effective wayto get rid of the plight. This method mainly includes eight steps as careful problem setting, homeworkassignment, homework correcting, homework presentation, students＇ interaction, teachers＇ comment,teacher-student interaction and evaluation. This paper makes an optimization to overcome shortcomingsof some steps as teaching system, carefully posing problem, homework assignment and comments.
