P-选择素和CD63在溃疡性结肠炎结肠组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板活化指标P-选择素和C D 63在溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠组织中的表达及其作用。方法:收集青岛大学医学院附属青岛市市立医院80例溃疡性结肠炎住院患者及20例健康查体者的临床资料及结肠镜活检组织。免疫组织化学法检测结肠组织中P-选择素和C D 63的表达,分析表达水平与溃疡性结肠炎临床炎症程度、临床分型、累及范围、分期及有无肠外表现的关系。结果:溃疡性结肠炎组结肠组织中P-选择素和C D 63表达明显高于对照组,不同严重程度和临床类型溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠组织P-选择素和C D 63表达存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:P-选择素和C D 63在溃疡性结肠炎结肠组织中表达明显上调,推测两者可能协同促进溃疡性结肠炎的发生发展。Objective：To detect the expression of P-selectin and CD63 in colon tissue of patients with ulcerative colitis and to investigate the role in the development of the disease.Methods：To collect clinical data and the colonoscopy biopsy of 80 cases hospitalized patients of ulcerative colitis in Qingdao Municipal Hospital and 20 healthy controls.We detected the expression of P-selectin and CD63 in their colonic mucosa by immunohistochemistry.Analyze the relationship between the expression levels of P-selectin and CD63 and clinical inflammation,clinical type,impaired range,staging and extra-intestinal manifestations of ulcerative colitis.Results：The expression of P-selectin and CD63 in colon tissue of ulcerative colitis group was significantly higher than that of healthy controls （P＜0.05）.The expressions of P-selectin and CD63 in colonic mucosa of patients with different clinical severity and different type of ulcerative colitis were different （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：P-selectin and CD63 expression was significantly upregulated in colon tissue of ulcerative colitis,and playa catalytic role in the development of ulcerative colitis.
