摘 要:目的:探讨FH IT蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达和意义。方法:采用免疫组化Elivison法分别检测60例乳腺癌和相对应的癌旁乳腺组织中FH IT蛋白的表达情况。结果:H IT蛋白在乳腺癌和癌旁正常乳腺组织中的阳性表达率分别为43.3%和98.3%(P<0.05),FH IT蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、组织学类型无显著相关性,与乳腺癌的临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有显著相关性。结论:FH IT基因在乳腺癌的发生发展过程中均起着非常重要的作用,对从分子学水平探讨更多相关基因蛋白在乳腺癌发生发展过程中的相互关系有重要意义。Objective:To invest the expressions of the fragile histidine tr iad(FHIT) gene protein in human breat carcinomar and their clinical significance.Methods:The ELIVISON immunohistochemical method,was carried out to detect the expression of FHIT protein in the 60 breast carcinoma,as well as in 60 corresponding normal breast tissue.Results:The positive expression rate of FHIT protein in breast cancer and the normal breast tissue were 43.3% and 98.3% respectively also with statistically significance.The expression of FHIT protein in breast cancer was uncorrelated with the patient's age,the tissue pathological types,and was correlated with the clinical stage and axillary nodes involved by metastasis.Conclusion:The FHIT Gene play a very important role,during the breast cancer development process.More other genes in the breast carcinoma should be implored on the molecule level.
