微波烧结和常规烧结氧化锆全瓷材料力学性能的比较研究

摘  要:目的:比较微波烧结工艺制得的Cercon氧化锆全瓷材料与常规烧结的氧化锆材料的断裂韧性和抗弯强度。方法:将制作的24片氧化锆圆片试件随机分为实验组和对照组,每组12片。对照组按厂家推荐烧结程序进行常规二次烧结,实验组采用微波进行二次烧结。烧结后每组试件中6片用于测量氧化锆陶瓷材料的断裂韧性,6片进行双轴弯曲强度测试,实验组和对照组的测试结果分别进行对比分析。结果:微波二次烧结的牙科纳米氧化锆材料的断裂韧性测试结果与常规烧结组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),微波二次烧结的牙科纳米氧化锆材料的双轴弯曲强度测试结果均高于常规二次烧结的氧化锆,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波二次烧结工艺能够用于Cercon氧化锆全瓷材料的烧结,部分力学性能比常规烧结氧化锆材料更优异。Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the influence of microwave twice sintering method on the fracture toughness and biaxial flexural strength. Method:24 samples were randomly divided equally into two groups.Group one was sintered by manufacturers recommend conventional sintering process. Group two was sintered by microwave sintering process. After sintering,six samples from each group were used for measuring fracture toughness.The other six samples were used for measuring biaxial flexural strength.. Result:No significant difference between conventional and microwave sintering for fracture toughness(P〉0.05). The biaxial flexural strength of the microwave sintering group was superior to the conventional group.There was significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The results suggest that microwave second-time sintering process could be applied to the secone-time sintering of nano-meter zirconia for dental use.Part of the mechanical properties of zirconia polycrystal by microwave second-time sintered were superior to the conventional sintered.
