摘　　要：目的:探讨埋伏牙牵引失败的原因及埋伏牙再植术的临床疗效。方法:对矫治的20颗埋伏阻生前牙,进行回顾性研究,分析失败原因。结果:20颗埋伏牙中,1颗自行萌出,2颗牵引失败,牵引失败的病例行埋伏牙再植手术获得成功。结论:明确诊断,合适的牵引时机,减少手术创伤可以提高埋伏牙牵引成功率;埋伏牙根管治疗术后即刻再植可获得较好临床效果。Objective： The aim of the study was to explore the factors that caused the failure of the traction of the impacted maxillary anterior teeth and the management of the transplantation. Method： 20 impacted maxillary anterior teeth were included in the retrospective study, and the failure of the cases were focused. Result： In the study, 2 out of the 20 impacted maxillary anterior teeth were failed the orthodontic treatment, 1 was erupted spontaneously. Conclusion： Correct diagnoses, perfect timing and fewer traumas for surgery exposure are critical for the success of the traction of the impacted maxillary anterior teeth and the transplantation of the impacted teeth can be an alternative choice.
