摘 要:目的研究CD34和CD105标记的微血管密度在喉咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达差异,分析其与肿瘤临床特性的关系。方法采用免疫组化PV-9000二步法,分别对68例喉咽鳞状细胞癌组织及32例正常喉咽黏膜组织进行CD34和CD105标记染色,并对其微血管密度进行检测和对比。结果 CD34和CD105标记的微血管密度在喉咽鳞癌组织中显著高于正常组织(P=0.002),CD105标记的微血管密度与喉咽鳞癌的临床特征具有相关性,且MVD-CD34与MVD-CD105具有差异性。结论喉咽鳞癌组织中,CD105标记的微血管密度较之CD34更具敏感性和准确性,可以较好地作为肿瘤新生血管的标记物,对基础和临床研究具有重要意义。Objective To compare the microvascular densities (MVD) marked by CI^4 and CD105 in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HSCC), and to explore their association with clinicopathological characteristics of HSCC. Methods Immunohistochemical PV-9000 two-step method was used for detecting the MVD marked by CI:B4 and CDI05 in 68 specimens of HSCC and 32 ones of normal hypopharyngeal tissue. Results The MVDs marked by CYB4 and CDI05 in HSCC were significantly higher than those in the normal hypopharyngeal tissue( P = 0.002 ). And MVD marked by CDI05 was correlated with the clinical characteristics of HSCC. The difference between MVD-CDI05 and MVD-CDB4 was statistically significant. Conclusions In HSCC, the sensitivity and accuracy of MVD-CD105 detection are better than those of MVD-CYB4. Therefore, CDI05 may be a good marker for neovasculature in HSCC, which is significant in basic and clinical research of this tumor.
