摘　　要：目的探讨Joubert综合征的MRI表现。方法回顾性分析6例Joubert综合征患者的临床和MRI资料。结果 Joubert综合征的典型MRI表现包括小脑半球间"中线裂"、"蝙蝠翼"状和"三角形"第四脑室,以及脑桥中脑连接处的"磨牙征"。结论 Joubert综合征具有特征性的MRI表现,结合临床资料可明确诊断。Objective To discuss MRI manifestations of Joubert syndrome. Methods The clinical data and MRI materials of six patients with clinically diagnosed Joubert syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. Results The typical MRI manifestations of Joubert syndrome included ＂ midline cleft＂ between cerebellar hemispheres, bat-wing and triangular- shaped fourth ventricle sign, and ＂molar tooth＂ sign at the pontomesencephalic junction. Conclusion Joubert syndrome has certain MRI characteristics, which are helpful for the diagnosis when clinical information is also taken into consideration.
