摘　　要：目的:检测溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者肠黏膜及血清脂联素水平,探讨其临床意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学染色及酶联免疫吸附试验检测38例UC患者和10例健康体检者肠黏膜及血清脂联素水平,并分析其与UC临床特征的相关性.结果:UC患者肠黏膜脂联素表达及血清脂联素水平均较正常对照组升高,并在一定程度上反应UC患者病情严重程度.活动期UC患者肠黏膜脂联素水平与疾病活动指数正相关.结论:脂联素可能参与UC疾病的发生发展.AIM： To investigate the adponectin levels in serum and intestinal tissue of patients with ulcerative colitis and to analyze the clinical significance. METHODS： Serum adiponectin levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and the presence of adiponectin in the intestinal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 38 patients with ulcerative colitis and 10 healthy controls. The correlation of adiponectin level with the clinical characteristics of ulcerative colitis was analyzed. RESULTS： The levels of adiponectin in serum and intestinal mucosa of patients with ulcerative colitis were significantly higher than those in the normal control group, and can reflect the severity of ulcerative colitis to a certain extent. There was a significant positive correlation between adiponectin level in the intestinal mucosa and disease activity index in patients with active ulcerative colitis （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Adiponectin may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis.
