摘  要:目的:观察不同酸蚀方法处理牙面后对树脂加强型玻璃离子(resin-modified glass ionomercement,RMGIC)托槽粘接的影响。方法:将110颗人下颌前磨牙完全随机分为5组:空白对照组(A组)、35%磷酸酸蚀组(B组)、10%聚丙烯酸酸蚀组(C组)、自酸蚀光固化组(D组)和自酸蚀后冲洗组(E组),每组22颗牙。各组牙齿在经过不同处理后立即用树脂加强型玻璃离子粘接方丝弓托槽,经冷热循环试验后各组20颗进行抗剪切强度(SBS)测试并记录粘接残留指数(ARI),并对结果进行统计分析,另2颗牙用激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)观察纵剖面。结果:各组SBS和ARI差异有显著意义(P<0.05),其中B组[(9.429 5±2.176 4)MPa]和C组[(7.613 0±2.520 2)MPa]的SBS明显高于其他组,但粘接剂残留量也高于其他组;A组[(3.786 5±1.711 2)MPa]和D组[(4.1265±1.9664)MPa)]的SBS差别不大(P>0.05),E组[(5.7095±1.7787)MPa]略高于D组(P<0.05)。LSCM观察到C组的粘接界面形成细小的突触而D组的粘接界面存在薄膜。结论:用10%聚丙烯酸预处理牙面能提供适宜临床需求的正畸粘接强度,使用光固化自酸蚀处理剂(Adper TM Easyone,3M ESPE)并不能明显提高树脂加强型玻璃离子的粘接强度。Objective:To investigate the effects of different acid etching methods on bonding brackets with resin-modified glass ionomer cement (RMGIC) after the treatments on the teeth.Methods:A total of 110 human mandibular premolars were randomly divided into five groups: the blank control group ( Group A ) , 35%phosphoric acid etching group ( Group B) , 10% polyacrylic acid etching group ( Group C) , self-acid etching and light-curing group ( Group D) , self-acid etching and post-rinsing group ( Group E) , with 22 teeth in each group. Edgewise brackets were bonded with RMGIC on the teeth in each group immediately after treated by different methods. Shear bond strength ( SBS ) test were performed on 20 teeth in each group after thermocycling experiment, and the adhesive remnant index ( ARI) were recorded with statistical analysis. Then, laser scanning confocal microscope ( LSCM ) was used to observe the longitudinal section of the remaining two teeth in each group.Results:There were statistical differences in SBS and ARI among each group (P〈0.05). The SBSs ofgroup B (9.4295±2.1764 MPa) and group C (7.6130±2.5202 MPa) were significantly higher than that in other groups as well as the content of residual adhesives. There was no significant difference in SBS between group A (3.7865±1.7112 MPa) and group D (4.1265±1.9664 MPa) (P〉0.05) while group E (5.7095±1.7787 MPa) had slightly higher SBS than group D ( P〈0.05) . Small synaptic junctions and membrane could be found on the bonding interfaces in group C and group D respectively by LSCM. Conclusion: Suitable clinical orthodontic bonding strength can be provided by pretreatment on teeth with 10% polyacrylic acid. While, using light-curing and self-etching cement (AdperTM Easyone, 3M ESPE) can not significantly improve the bonding strength of RMGIC.
