川西北民族地区畜牧业循环经济发展的路径研究

摘　　要：新常态下,川西北民族地区畜牧业发展迎来了难得机遇和巨大挑战。大力推进畜牧业循环经济发展,是川西北民族地区引领新常态的迫切需要,是推动新发展的现实选择,也是迎接新挑战的战略举措。由于传统文化、技术条件、市场环境、生态恶化等因素影响,川西北民族地区畜牧业循环经济发展受到一定程度制约。在畜牧业绿色循环导向下,通过落实标准化生产养殖、构建新型经营体系、突出科技创新等路径探索,实现畜牧业循环经济提质增效、农牧民增收致富、生态安全稳定的伟大目标。The new normal, the development of animal husbandry in ethnic regions in Northwest Sichuan Province ushered in rare opportunities and great challenges. Vigorously promote the recycling economy of animal husbandry development in ethnic regions in Northwest Sichuan Province, is leading the urgent need for the new normal, is promoting a realistic choice for newdevelopment, is also a strategy to meet new challenges. Because of the traditional culture, technology condition, market environment, the deterioration of ecological environment and other factors, the development of the economy in ethnic regions in Northwest Sichuan Province Animal Husbandry circular conditioned to a certain degree. In the green recycling stockbreeding oriented, through the implementation of standardized production of aquaculture, construction of new management system, outstanding scientific and technological innovation path of exploration, the great goal of farmers and herdsmen to achieve synergy, the recycling economy of animal husbandry and upgrading to increase wealth, ecological security and stability.
