摘　　要：回鹘西迁之前,在新疆地区,多种语言文化互相影响、互相交流,民——汉、民——民语言文化之间存在着广泛、深刻的互动关系,呈现出多元一体、统一多样的民族和语言格局。这种状况是由诸多因素共同作用的结果,既有社会心理原因,也有地理生态环境、军事、政治、经济、文化上的措施以及民族迁徙、人口流动等原因。There have these many language and culture, They interact each other in XinJiang before the Uighur migrated westward and have wide and deep interaction between them, and It is a unity of pluralistic and varied unified setup in nation and language.The condition created by many factors, The factors is not only psychological reason of social culture, but also geographical environment, the measures about military, politics, economy and culture, and the Great national Migrations.
