摘　　要：针对用户提出的皇冠盖锈蚀问题，采用体视显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等相关分析方法，对锈蚀区的宏现形貌、微观形貌和元素成分进行了定性分析。在此基础上，结合皇冠盖的生产及存储过程，阐述了皇冠盖锈蚀产生的机理，提出了镀铬层的破坏是皇冠盖锈蚀发生的主要原因，找到了冲压和搬运过程异常因素以及仓库的潮湿程度是影响皇冠盖锈蚀的主要因素并提出了相应的控制措施，对产品生产和存储方法提出了相关建议，提高了生产商的产品质量和形象．减少了用户因皇冠盖产品锈蚀所带来的损失，增加了用户产品的市场竞争力，产生了巨大的经济效益。In allusion to the rusting problem of metal crown cap, using Stereo Microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy Disperse Spectroscopy analysis techniques, qualitatively analyzed the macroscopic appearance, microcosmic appearance and elementary composition of the rust areas. On this foundation, combining the produce and store processing of the production, explain the mechanism of metal crown cap rusting, propose that the break of chrome plating is the main reason leads to rusting, find that improper stamping and transporting process and moist degree of the storehouse is the main factors effects rusting and provide corresponding control measures, give advice to producing and storing methods, improve the product quality and image of the producer, reduce the loss caused by metal crown cap rusting, increase the competitiveness of the production, produce enormous economic benefits.
