摘 要:当前,我国经济发展进入新常态,经济增速、经济结构、经济驱动力的变化,使得劳动关系更为复杂,特别是处在改革开放前沿的广东地区,劳动关系出现了新的变化。从当前来看,广东劳资纠纷有几个主要特点:一是劳资纠纷数量从剧增向缓慢下降发展;二是劳资纠纷诱因由权利争议向利益争议发展;三是劳资纠纷方式由法律行动向集体行动发展;四是劳资纠纷在区域、产业以及企业中表现出较大差异性。At present, the economic development of China is experiencing a new normal with changing economic growth, econom- ic structure and driving force. Labor relations are more complex, especially in the frontier regions of reform such as Guangdong Province. The four main characteristics of labor dispute in Guangdong include that, firsdy, the number of labor dispute is changing from surge into slow decline. Secondly, the causes of labor dispute are changing from right disputes into interest disputes. Thirdly, the approaches of labor dispute are changing from legal action into collective action. Finally, there are many differences in labor disputes in different regions, industries and enterprises.
