摘　　要：基于动态能力理论,探索并检验了网络关系能力的维度构成,在相关研究的基础上修改并验证了网络关系能力测度量表。将网络关系能力划分为关系启动能力、关系发展能力和关系终止能力3个维度,建立网络关系能力测度模型;建立网络关系能力原始量表,并运用因子分析方法进行验证。研究有助于深入了解并衡量商业关系中的关系能力,为我国企业网络关系能力发展与利用提供理论支持。In the existing research organization in the process of the relationship between we found that only through a dy- namic in the core enterprise to deal with business relationships and understand the enterprise complex problems. In order to solve the gap in existing literature, this study based on the dynamic capability theory, analyze the composition of network capability will start, development and termination of the ability as three components of network capability, network capaci- ty measure model is set up,using factor analysis method to verify,eventually,the measure of network scale. This research adopts the scale development of three phase process study of the composition of network capacity,the development of the network capability and good for the future use of network ability to improve enterprise competitiveness and overall per- formance lay the foundation.
