两型社会背景下企业环境管理行为影响因素调查研究——以武汉东湖高新技术开发区(中国光谷)为例

摘　　要：随着各种突发性环境问题的出现,微观主体企业的环境管理行为及其影响因素已成为当今国内外学者研究的热点。基于两型社会建设背景,以武汉东湖高新技术开发区"中国光谷"为例,对我国高新技术开发区不同行业不同性质企业(100家)的环境管理行为影响因素进行深入调查研究。结果表明:企业资产负债情况、政府监督和企业经营年限等因素对企业环境管理行为有显著影响。以此为基础,为政府和社会组织更好地监督和促进企业环境管理行为提出了针对性建议。As all kinds of emergency environmental affairs arise, the environmental management of the micro-enterprises and its influence have become one of the front-burner research issues at home and abroad. Based on the two-oriented society（re- source-economical and environment-friendly society）, taking the high-tech development district at the east lake zone of Wu- han, Optics Valley of China, as example, this paper concerns the principal factors that influence enterprises＇ environmental managing behaviors by deeply investigating 100 different enterprises of different properties in the Optics Valley of China withthe combination method of qualitative research and quantitative research. The result manifests that the enterprise＇s asset ~ debt situation,government supervision,and enterprises＇ operation period,etc, have a significant impact on enter- prises＇ environmental management behavior. And this paper has found out the principal factors that influenced enterprises＇ behavior on environmental management, which puts forward some strongly relevant and operable suggestions for the gov- ernment and social organizations to supervise and promote enterprises＇ environmental management behavior in a better and ：more effective way.
