摘　　要："四个全面"战略布局是一个具有特定结构、功能并和环境紧密关联的复杂体系,基础要求是全面发展,深层要求是系统发展,实践要求是协同发展。在"四个全面"战略布局运行系统中,目标子系统、动力子系统、保障子系统和领导子系统有机统一,体现了结构协同性、动态稳定性、战略开放性的特性。"四个全面"战略布局运行系统实施的关键在于激发主体活力,打造创新载体,纠正不良倾向。＂Four comprehensives＂ strategic blueprint is a complex system with specific structure, function and closely associated with environment. Its basic requirement is the all-round development with its deep requirement the development of the system, and practical require the collaborative development. In the running system of the ＂four comprehensives＂ strategic blueprint, target subsystem, power subsystem, security subsystem and the leadership of the subsystem is organic and unified, which reflects the collaborative structure, dynamic stability of the system, the strategy of opening to the outside world of the characteristics. The key to the implementation of the ＂four comprehensives＂ strategic blueprint running system is to stimulate the main energy, create innovative carrier and correct the bad tendency.
