摘　　要：提出基于射频课群体系的无缝对接创新培养方案,从构建射频课群体系、完善实验实践教学、应用网络教学手段、加强创新能力培养等方面实施教学改革,实现"学习——实践——应用——创新"的无缝对接人才培养目标.Proposing the training program of seamless docking innovative training model based on radio frequency class group system, implement the teaching reform from building radio frequency class group system, perfecting experimental practice teaching, applying the networking teaching methods and strengthening the innovative ability, etc. Achieve the seamless docking training objectives of learning, practice, applications and innovation.
