血小板活化标志物CD62P、CD63在糖尿病患者早期肾脏微血管病变中的表达

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病肾病患者血小板活化标志物CD62P、CD63表达情况,探讨其在糖尿病早期肾脏微血管病变中的作用。方法选择单纯糖尿病48例,早期糖尿病肾病50例,正常对照组49例。应用流式细胞仪检测各组CD62P、CD63的阳性表达率。结果早期糖尿病组CD62P、CD63阳性表达率高于单纯糖尿病组和正常对照组;单纯糖尿病组CD62P、CD63阳性表达率高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。早期糖尿病肾病组与单纯糖尿病组β2微球蛋白高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血小板活化标志物CD62P、CD63在糖尿病早期肾损害中有着重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the variation CD62P,CD63 in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy（DN） ,and explore their effects in early kidney microangiopathy of diabetic mellitus （DM）.Methods Forty-eighty patients with DM,50 patients with early DN,49 healthy controls were enrolled. Flow cytometric analysis was used to measure the positive rates of platelet glycoprotein CD62P,CD63.Results The levels of platelet glycoprotein CD62P,CD63 in DM were significantly higher than those of healthy of control group （P〈0.01）;the levels of platelet glyeoprotein CD62P,CD63 in early DN were higher than those of DN （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Platelet activation marker CD62P,CD63 were useful in early diagnosis of DN.
