摘　　要：目的研究MMP2在原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的表达,及其表达与病理性质的关系。方法利用PT-PCR方法对MMP2的分子蛋白表达进行检测,比较HCC组和正常肝组织组在表达上的差异。并且对HCC患者进行临床分期,回归分析MMP2与HCC侵袭程度之间的相关性;结果HCC患者中,MMP2的表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);结论 MMP2与原发性肝癌细胞侵袭程度之间有着密切相关性。Objective To study the expression of MMP2 in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）, and its experssion and the nature of the relation-ship. Method Use PT-polymerase chain reaction （PCR） to test the expression of MMP2 proteins. Compare differences of HCC and normal hepatic tissue group in the expression. Stage patients with HCC, get the correlation between MMP2 and degree of HCC invasion by regression analysis. Result Among patients with HCC, the expression of MMP2 was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there were s^tiS^i~ cal significantly differences （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The result was indicated that there were strong correlation be- tween degree of HCC invasion and MMP.
