早期应用泰舒达对帕金森患者功能障碍及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期应用泰舒达对帕金森患者功能障碍及临床疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2013年12月—2014年12月收治的67例早期帕金森患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为对照组(33例)和观察组(34例),分别给予常规治疗联合左旋多巴治疗和常规治疗联合泰舒达治疗。观察二组治疗前后的改良WEBSTER帕金森病功能障碍计分变化情况以及治疗效果,并进行比较。结果经不同的治疗,观察组的各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率经统计和比较显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率经统计和比较高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,早期应用泰舒达对帕金森患者进行治疗可以获得良好的效果。Objective To explore the influence of early on clinical curative effect and its dysfunction. Methods application of Taishuda in patients with Parkinson A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 67 patients with early Parkinson in author＇s hospital from December 2013 to December 2014, and were divided into control group （33 cases） and observation group （34 cases） according to treatment methods, and they were given conventional treatment combined with Levodopa therapy and routine therapy corn blned Taishuda treatment. Before and after treatment with modified WEBSTER Parkinson disease dysfunc- tion score changes and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The different treatment, scores of the observation group were lower significantly than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but the adverse reaction rate of both of groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, early application of Taishuda of Parkinson patients can obtain good effect.
