摘 要:选择常用基础包被材料浓度为2%-8%的海藻酸钠水溶胶,控制相关条件滴埋形成胶囊颗粒。测定颗粒平均质量、失水速率和相关力学属性,且以不同配比浓度分别与明胶、槐树豆胶及壳聚糖等常用水溶胶黏剂混合测定上述各项属性,以选择人工种皮包被材料最佳组合配比。结果表明:滴埋胶囊的密度、表面积体积比和络合程度均会对其保水性和力学属性特征产生显著影响;从胶囊平均质量、失水率和力学属性情况来看,在以单一灭菌海藻酸钠水溶胶中5.0%海藻酸钠为最佳包埋剂溶胶;在二组分混合水溶胶中,海藻酸钠∶明胶=4∶1、海藻酸钠∶壳聚糖=3∶1为最佳配比组合;三组分混合水溶胶,海藻酸钠∶明胶∶壳聚糖=16∶4∶5或3∶1∶1为最佳配比组合。The general hydrogel of sodium alginate ( S. A), which ranges from 2.0% - 8.0% , were used as the main ingredient of artificial coating, shaping capsules in the pre-setting condition. The mean weight, water-loss rate and related mechanical properties of the capsules were determined, and the optimal concentration was selected through analysing the results of every treatments. The former parameters in the mixture of the optimal sodium alginate hydrogel with other hydrogel such as gellatin ( gel), chitosan ( chi ), locust bean gum were determined. And the optimal compositions were selected. The results showed the intrinsic elements, which involved in density, square/volume ratio and gelification, mainly exert on water-loss rate and mechanic properties. 5.0% sodium alginate performs best in the single-ingredient treatments; S. A : gel = 4 : 1 and S. A : chi = 3 : 1 are the optimal in the two-ingredients treatments;S. A :gel :chi = 16:4:5 or 3 : 1 : 1 are the optimal compositions in three-ingredients treatments.
