Ecological Footprint of Hebei Based on Input-Output Analysis

摘  要:基于投入产出分析的生态足迹核算模型是目前国际生态承载力研究的热点模型之一。根据2002年河北省投入产出表,依照Bicknell的投入产出模型原理,采用Ferng改良的计算方法,对河北省经济的消费需求、流出、流入以及积累各项生产性土地占用和能源土地占用分别做出估算。结果表明:(1)河北省人均地区生态足迹高达4.15hm2,人均生态赤字达到2.41hm2,生态赤字率高达58.07%,可持续发展的能力值得重视;(2)河北省通过与区域外进行贸易实现了0.041467hm2的生产性土地顺差,贸易方式总体属于生态顺差型。Ecological footprint model based on the input-output analysis is one of the hotspots in currently international accounting measurement for ecological capacity. Taking Hebei Province's input-output table in 2002 as a case, this paper followed the viewpoint of the input-output analysis of BickneU and adopted the revised methodology of Ferng to estimate the regional ecological footprint per capita and calculate the productive land and fossil energy land appropriation. This calculation had also given out the implicit land appropriation in final demand, accumulation and inter-regional trade, respectively. The results indicate the follow- ing: (1) the regional EF per capita and the ecological deficit of Hebei were 4.15hm2 and 2.41hm2, respectively. The ecological deficit proportion of Hebei province was 58.07%. The ecological deficit was so high that the sustainable development capacity deserves our attention; (2) there was a per-capita EF deficits (0.041467hm2) lead to trade in Hebei province. The trade way is the ecological favorable balance type.
