摘　　要：预评估方法是近年使用较多的研究手段,常被应用于洪水等自然灾害影响的分析与测量、对工程建设项目的劳动安全卫生等方面影响的研究分析以及商业项目的成本预测、风险估计与可行性判断。本文首先对预评估的定义进行界定,介绍了可接受度分析、可行性分析及风险分析等国内外预评估所常用的方法,并建议预评估应当注重背景分析等分析方法,明确重点领域,判断可实现性,以期整理归纳预评估中应用的研究方法。Pre-feasibility study is more used research methods in recent years, it is used in the measurement and analysis of the influence of natural disasters such as floods, analysis of labor safety and health impacts of some con-struction projects, prediction and the cost of commercial project risk estimate and judge the feasibility. This article firstly gives the definition of the pre-feasibility study defines, introduces the commonly used methods to assess the ac-ceptable degree analysis, feasibility analysis and risk analysis of domestic and foreign. And it suggestes that the pre-feasibility study should focus on the background analysis, a clear focus areas, judgment can be realized, in order to summarize the research methods applied in the pre-feasibility study.
