摘　　要：高校档案是国家档案工作的一个重要组成部分,是一种重要的信息资源,为学校的持续发展提供了客观历史依据。随着社会的不断发展,对高校档案工作提出了新的更高的要求,传统的高校档案工作已经不能适应社会不断变化发展的需要。因此,在新形势下,只有针对高校档案工作中产生的问题加以改进和创新,健全档案资源体系、档案利用体系、档案安全体系,加大对档案工作的支持保障力度,才能使高校档案事业获得可持续性的发展,展现新的生机活力。University Archives is national archives work is an important part, is a kind of important information resources, historical and objective basis is provided for the sustainable development of a school. With the continuous development of the society, the archives work in Colleges and universities put forward new and higher requirements, the traditional file work of colleges and universities already can not adapt to the needs of the development of the society. Therefore, under the new situation, only for archives work in Colleges and universities have problems be improvement and innovation, sound system of archival resources, used by the file system, the file security system, intensify efforts to ensure support of archives work,in order to make the University Archives access to sustainable development, show new vitality.
