摘  要:用不同类型的醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)接枝改性羟基丙烯酸树脂,制备了银粉定向排列、附着力好的电镀银涂料用羟基丙烯酸树脂.讨论了CAB的接入方式、类型与用量对树脂性能的影响,研究了反应温度、引发剂品种与用量对接枝率的影响,以及单体选择对漆膜性能的影响.结果表明:选择CAB381-0.5,自由基接枝改性的方法,引发剂BPO用量2.5%(单体总量),羟值2.0%,用长链并且不易结晶的丙烯酸酯类单体LMA,加入量6%~8%,反应温度120~130℃能合成出接枝率高、电镀银定向排列,且其他物理机械性能优异的羟基丙烯酸树脂型电镀银涂料.In this paper, highly adhesive plated silver coating silver hydroxyl acrylic resin was prepared by grafting different types of cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB). The CAB's access method and effect of the type and amount on resin properties were discussed, the effect of reaction temperature and the amount of initiator on the grafting yield varieties, and the impact of the choice of monomer film properties were studied. The results show that: by using CAB381-0.5 and adopting the radical graft modification method, with BPO initiator (total amount of monomers) dosage at 2.5%, hydroxyl value at 2.0%, and by adding 6%~8% long chain and not easily crystallized acrylate monomer LMA, with reaction temperature at 120~130 ℃, superior hydroxyl acrylic resin based paint silver plating can be derived with high synthesized graft rate, silver plating arrangement and other physical and mechanical properties.
