摘 要:为减少无管式按摩泵的翘曲变形量,引入稳健设计方法,使用模流分析软件Moldflow6.1对注塑成型的泵体进行模拟分析.将注塑成型过程中的模具温度(A)、熔体温度(B)、保压压力(C)、保压时间(D)、冷却时间(E)等5个因素作为影响因子,设计了L16(45)正交试验矩阵.通过信噪比分析,得到各工艺参数对泵体翘曲变形的影响程度,获得了最佳工艺参数组合.结果表明:保压压力和保压时间是影响泵体翘曲变形的主要因素,优化后的工艺参数组合为模具温度80℃、熔体温度275℃、保压压力90 MPa、保压时间6 s、冷却时间10 s.优化后泵体的最大翘曲变形量为1.098 mm,变形量减小了12.87%,泵体质量得到了较大的提高.To reduce the ductless massage pump warpage amount, a robust design method was introduced and the mold flow analysis software Moldflow6.1 was used to conduct a simulation analysis of the pump body made by injection molding. The injection processing parameters including mold temperature ( A) , melting temperature ( B) , holding pressure ( C) , holding time ( D) , cooling time ( E) were used as impact factors to design the L16 (45) experiment orthogonal matrix. Finally, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) was utilized to obtain the level of impact on the pump warpage by the various process parameters and the best mix of process parameters. Results showed that the holding pressure and dwell time were the main factors affecting the pump warpage; the optimized process parameters were: 80 ℃ mold temperature, 275 ℃ melt temperature, 90 MPa holding pressure at, 6 s dwell time and 10 s cooling time. The maximum amount of warpage of the optimized pump was 1.098 mm, a decrease of 12.87%, greatly improving the pump quality.
