半乳凝素3在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究半乳凝素3(Gal-3)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集40例患者胰腺癌组织及其配对的癌旁组织,采用免疫组化、Western blot法和RT-PCR检测Gal-3蛋白和mRNA表达,并分析其与临床病理参数间的关系。结果胰腺癌组织中Gal-3蛋白阳性表达率和mRNA表达量均高于癌旁组织(92.5%vs.12.5%和77.52±0.58vs.12.28±0.67)(P<0.01)。有淋巴结转移和病理分期Ⅱ期胰腺癌组织中Gal-3的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移和病理分期Ⅰ期(P<0.05),且Gal-3的蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、分化程度和血管侵犯无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论 Gal-3在胰腺癌组织中过表达,且与病理分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of galectin-3 （Gal-3） in pancreatic cancer. Methods The expressions of Gal-3 in pancreatic cancer tissues and tumor-adjacent tissues in 40 patients with pancreatic cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry, Western blot and RT-PCR. The relationship between Gal-3 expression and dinicopathological parameters o[ pancreatic cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates o[ Gal-3 protein and mRNA in pancreatic cancer tissues were higher than those in tumor-adjacent tissues（92. 5% vs. 12.5% and 77.52±0. 58 vs. 12.28±0. 67） （P〈0. 01）. The positive rates of Gal-3 protein expression in the patients with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in those without lymph node metastasis and TNM stage I （P〈0. 05）. Gal-3 protein expression was not significantly associated with gender, age, tumor location, size, differentiation and vascular invasion （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Gal-3 expression is up-regulated in pancreatic cancer,which is closely related with the pathological staging and lymph node metastasis.
