摘　　要：介绍了 Excel中常用分布函数 FDIST、FINV、CHIDIST、CHINV、TDIST、TINV及其在统计分析中的应用方法 ,既解决了查表方法中插值的繁琐、不能准确检验的难题 ,又克服了编程计算的麻烦 。This paper made an introduction to the normal distribution function of Excel FDIST, FINV, CHIDIST, CHINV, TDIST, and TINV, and their application in statistical analysis. These distribution functions are very suitable to use in statistic analysis, as they not only solve the problem of complicated interpolation and inaccurate exam in the table checking method, but also avoid the troublesome computer programming.
