摘　　要：嗜酸性粒细胞性食管炎(eosinophilic esophagitis,Eo E)是一种与Th2细胞功能相关的慢性炎症性疾病。其致病原因尚不明确,多与食物等变应原有关,常伴发湿疹、哮喘等变应性疾病,有家族聚集性,目前认为与环境、遗传、免疫异常有关。目前以3D作为核心治疗方案,即饮食、药物、食管扩张术。治疗的疗效及安全性有待进一步考证。Eosinophilic esophagitis （EoE） is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with Th2 disorders. Its path- ogenesis is still unknown, it is always associated with food allergys, often concomitants with allergic diseases such as ec- zema, athma, and sometimes has familial aggregation. It may involvus environment, genetics, immune disorders. Cur- rently, therapy center is 3D, namely diet, drug and dilation. The efficacy and safety of treatment need to further re- search.
